I heard lactoferrin helps with biofilms. Also, rice seems like a better choice for an experiment with starchy foods, because it is kinder to the gut lining than beans (or wheat). Especially white rice doesn't have much lectins -- it is used as a staple during elimination diets for food sensitivity because for most people it is pretty safe (sure didn't work well for me though!)
