Hi thank you for your replies.

I think that is what i'm going to have to do get someone else to do it for me as I can't take the pain and hold the pen down at the same time, my reaction as anyones would be is to just pull it out straight away cause it hurts so bad.

dx pernicious anemia sept 2011
possible psoratic arthritis 2012
