I have an ophthalmologist I'm seeing Friday. I'm on oral prednisone QD right now, which helps. The weird thing is, my photophobia is mild. I can walk around normal for the most part, just sudden changes are the only dramatic impact. But, the ice pick sensation is constant and my eye socket feels like it could explode.
