Hi all,

As I was reading Zark's blog (which is very interesting and useful) I came across this quote

"Also my concentration improved a great deal whilst eating [yogurt]. (some people with AS find that they can not concentrate, have ‘brain fog’, are forgetful, etc). This is very important for me as a major part of my work is programming and my ability to function at work is seriously damaged when I experience ‘brain fog’. "

Is it indeed true that brain fog and forgetfulness is a common symptom of AS?

I have not heard of this, but this past year I have definitely noted an increase in forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating (which in fact I attributed to lack of calories/carbs in my diet, but perhaps it's not a symptom of diet but rather of AS itself...)

Basically - are people with AS more prone to brain fog and forgetfulness? And if so, why is that the case?
