I had a small amount of brain fog prior to NSD, but I think that was in part due to the azulfadine I was on. It kept the AS in check pretty much... but I had issues with getting to deep sleep because of the med.

When AS was active and not controlled... definitely had fatigue and with that also some brain fog.
