However, I used to feel like I was walking around in a fog(literally) and when I dropped sugar (including fruit) I never have that problem any more. I feel more alert and energetic than I have felt since middle school. If I am experimenting with fruit at all, it comes right back. Many people can be strict about all sugars for a short time to cure the problem, but I have not been so lucky.
