I've had zero problems with coconut water kefir, but that doesn't have dairy in it. I haven't experimented yet with yogurts, but if it's a really good yogurt, there should be a minimum number of ingredients. I remember reading that Tim or someone else swears by Stonyfield yogurt (?). If I was experimenting, I'd stick with plain, and add blueberries to it (when they are in season).
