If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Good job Lo n! Cheering wildly from flat on my back ~ true story. Today swam 600 yds & cleaned house for 1.5 hrs. Yesterday noodled in the pool for 15 minutes. I'm seriously thinking about hopping on a plane - charging it of course - and heading for the radon caves in Montana. My sisters are thinking of going with me. Seriously! Go TEAM!

Not in that city, but did have some tasty cakes. Not really very tasty, but nostalgia of what mom put in my lunch bag every day for school.
Thank goodness for methylpred! Have been able to walk to and from the convention center, to and from dinner, around the poster sessions, even able to talk to the vendors (its been years since i could do that). and today walked around the zoo for several hours. of course have to wear my magic shoes as well. but so nice to be able to attend a meeting like a normal person once again. So glad i have a rheumy who thinks quality of life is important.

Woke up at 5 am this morning. I thought I should go running now, but it is still dark outside. Then I thought I could go to the gym. So off to the gym, and the elliptical. 35 minutes on the elliptical.
