do you test w/ iodine erica? if not, you really need to if you wanna be strict. zuccini may or may not be ok, depends on the batch AND how long they are cooked. some may not be starchy until after cooking. ex: a tomato could be non starchy but cook it 5 mins and Bam! = starchy. coconut also can be a bit starchy especially in usa. australia seems to be better for starch free coconut but has more starch in veggies. only going by posts ive read. it is strange, but the only way to know is to test everything. im not trying to pee on your parade but i was a beginner too and still learning as i go.
look at some threads from the past 3-6 months to get some ideas for eats. lots of posts about what others eat. pay attention to the country they are from as, like i mention above, some foods could vary.
