Hello, boz:

There are daily supplements we should get and then others we should take on a limited basis.

It is almost embarrassing to name all the supplements I really take, but my basic recommendations are the focus of our disease process: Gut healing.

To this end, I can go with what I know. That yoghurt is one of the best foods, even if taken on a very limited basis like 2oz per day the brands Brown Cow and Stonyfield Farms are the best. Other foods like okra and lychee fruit are good, but I do not know about quercetin or colostrum; by the time I tried these I was not so aware of LGS problems. Chelated Zinc, vitD, vitC, vitE, lysine, niacin and niacinamide, EFAs, colloidal minerals, calcium, magnesium, chelated copper and selenium. I do not recommend GNC products or Wallach (Youngevity), but almost all other brands are safe and properly labeled.

HEALTH,
John
