I will check further, Sassy. ...and the medication was free? or was it counted against the deducable?
What insurance company? Mine might be a "hard nut to crack" because my company is self insured. They pay in premiums to a "broker of sorts" and the benefits are than paid through a thrid party administrator.
Anybody else have more info?
