I am using enzymes as well to digest food - due to my UC - trypsin, lipase, amylase - but they will not help you with your AS. Maybe they will help you ease your gut a little bit. Anyway - be verry carrefull and talk about this with a doctor - uncontrolled use of enzymes may trigger by their on allergic effects. Also, there are enzymes that can make you hurt - i've used some time ago wobenzym (rich in bromelain - they state it has a verry good antyinflamatory effect) for a time and it got me in a nice UC flare. and for me where UC comes, AS follows. We all have different bodies...and different reaction to outside stimulations...
i don't know wich test you've made. York testes 113 common foods for intolerance. If one intends to do it one needs to have all those foods in ones diet for at least 6 weeks prior to the test.
good luck. I do not think that this test results will help achieving remission, but probably avoiding some agressive foods will help ease the inflammation.
