recent antibody food testing (IgG?) said my intolerances were high for casein and milk, so trying to learn all i can about the whole leaky gut / food allergies-sensitivities / inflammatory response theory. eggs were lower. glad that's all that popped up.

of course the scientist in me also wants to know why i'm allergic to these things? because i consumed them so much all my life? just common allergens?
