No, I just flipped the pink cap off the bottle(enbrel) then I center the needle. I pushed slowly and it went in without any problem. I swirl the solution for about two minutes, which created some foam, then I turn it upside down and filled the syringe. Everything went smoothly. I then inserted the needle in my tight. Didn't even hurt.
