If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm so glad the pool is available for you Best thing in the world. If there is a deep area to the pool, put on a flotation belt and do some deep water walking, it's the greatest. With your laps, do more backstroke than freestyle. Start and end with the backstroke with a little mix in the middle. Sitting here with and ice pack on my face, from surgery this morning, and trying to type isn't working. I'll get those stability exercises next week. Cindy
Cindy,
the pool is a deep hydrotherapy pool that has been designed for people who need a program in the water. There are all types who use this pool, not just the oldies in the retirement village.
I am mixing both the backstroke and the freestyle. I thoroughly enjoy doing the freestyle. I have trouble with the backstroke due to the fact that my left shoulder is prone to dislocating. However, we have decided that I can get over this by using a stryene noodle or a flotation collar that helps to keep me afloat.
My new exercises include quite a bit of lying flat on my back in the water. It is hard to describe what these exercises involve because I am only starting to experiment with them and am trying to keep myself afloat.
I am just getting over some very severe spasms and am still taking it easy in the water. There are some exercises that my body seems to demand that I do, and I am concentrating on those exercises for the time being.
I must admit that I am having fun in the water. I am not all that water oriented in winter so this is going to be a real challenge as we head towards winter ;-)
Today is the first day of the rest of my life
