I agree with Kat. You need to take care of yourself first, then you can take care of others.
If your parents relationship can't stand on its own then it is in need of repair anyway; and too, it is their relationship and their responsibility.
As for your daughter, she is an adult now. Post college age. She needs to be standing on her own at this point.
