Elmer, what does your doctor say about the nighttime pain?

Perhaps a brianstorming session with us, your KA family, might bring about some suggestions that are helpful.

Some (including me) find that a memory foam mattress and something to relax my muscles at night help. Others find a body pillow is helpful. And some folk sleep in a recliner.
