I am so glad the stats made you smile a little yesterday - that was the main reason I wanted to get them posted ASAP actually doh That and wanting to boost everyone up a bit with how well we are doing!

One thing I love about doing the stats is that I get to read back through everything I have missed over the month.

I have to confess that this time I went right back to day one (trip down memory lane). The thing that struck me was just what a deeply committed, encouraging, positive team we are.

Thank you Erica for bringing us all together like this... I hope that we can try to bolster you up and keep things running to show you how much you and this team mean to us all.
