Hey, I think I forgot to log my time for yesterday... but I admit to being addled. Praying for Japan today. Ugh, so much sadness is just beginning for the people there.

So, yesterday I swam 1,000 yds in 40 minutes, and today I also swam 1,250 yds. Don't know the time.

Peace to all of my awesome teammates. Ya'll are doing more than you know to keep me afloat & I appreciate it greatly.
